More than just tourism for Cyprus as a hospitality destination

The concept
of the campaign is based on the contrasts, an island which over a small
geographic are that contains infinite opportunities and offers countless
experiences. This variety and breadth can be lived by everyone who visits the
island, since everything is just a moment away. As with all concepts and existing marketing practice, the key to an idea may lie in its execution, but if we're to judge by the basis of the idea, the actual concept is a refresher.
Communication campaign was unveiled 21.01.11
A series of 13 new advertising spots entitled ‘Cyprus In Your Heart’, will conform the CTO’s campaign for 2011.
The campaign aims to promote Cyprus as an island of contrasts where a visitor can have a variety of experiences throughout the year.
Through osters and television spots, the campaign will present the island’s history and culture, friendliness, hospitality as well as the contemporary face of the island is to be broadcasted in the UK, Germany, Russia, northern countries, and Greece.
“The particular advertising approach will help recognisability and create a positive and attractive image for Cyprus", was quoted by the organization's Chaiman.
